Downtown Nashville. May, 2010.
One of the eerier aspects of the post-flood period in Nashville was wandering around the vast swaths of downtown that were entirely without power. Pictured here is the trail left by a maintenance worker with a headlamp on.

Leg Wrestling at the Motor City Bar & Grill. April, 2012.

Cape San Blas, Florida. August, 2009
This is one of the few photos I’ve taken where technology really annoyed me as a limitation. I thought the result looked great, but unfortunately it was riddled with noise — the unfortunate side-effect of the smaller sensor on the Canon 20D, the heat, and the longer exposure. Ah, well.

A few veterans of the Nashville Rollergirls look on before the season opener bout.
U.S. Customs House, Nashville, TN.
